Website visits

Our hosting provider processes technical information to deliver the website, maintain reliability and protect it from abuse. This can include the requested page or file, access time, referring page, browser, operating system, device type and an anonymized IP address. The provider states that its web-hosting visitor data is retained for eight weeks.

Cookies and tracking

The current website does not load Google Analytics, advertising pixels or third-party font services. Its page code does not set cookies or store visitor identifiers in your browser. Fonts, images, styles and scripts are served from this website. Hosting-level logs and statistics are separate from page tracking.

When you contact us

The email link opens your own email app; it does not submit a website form. If you send us an email, we receive your email address, your message and any information or attachments you choose to include. We use these to respond and handle your enquiry. Email is processed through our email service provider.

We retain correspondence while it is needed to handle an enquiry, maintain relevant business records or meet applicable obligations. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or sensitive research data. You can ask us about access, correction or deletion of information you have supplied; any applicable recordkeeping obligations may limit deletion.

GitHub and Discord links take you to separate services. Their own privacy practices apply when you visit them. We do not embed their tracking widgets on these pages.

Upcoming shop

The shop is coming soon. Orders, payments, customer accounts and preorders are not available on this website. Before shopping is enabled, we will update this notice to explain the store’s data processing and publish the relevant sales policies.
